Please let our Maddy go, parents urge kidnapper

Distraught mother Kate McCann today made a direct and impassioned plea to the person holding her three-year-old daughter Madeleine begging for her to be let go.

Clutching a picture of her missing daughter and Madeleine’s favourite soft toy, she said: “Please, please do not hurt her.”
