British man released after allegedly smuggling weapons

Three foreigners, including a British man, have been released after an almost two months in Yemeni detention for allegedly trying to smuggle weapons to Somalia, a Yemeni security official said today.

The Briton was released along, with a Dane and an Australian, was freed over the past few days after an investigation revealed that there was not enough evidence to charge any of them.
