Kremlin: Government involvement in poisoning 'nonsense'
A senior Kremlin spokesman today dismissed allegations that Russia’s government was involved in the poisoning of former security officer Alexander Litvinenko as “sheer nonsense.”
“We cannot comment of the very fact of what happened to Litvinenko, and we don’t consider it possible to comment on the statements accusing the Kremlin because it is nothing but sheer nonsense,” Dmitry Peskov said.
