New EU air luggage restrictions come into force on Monday

Air passengers are being advised to make themselves familiar with new EU luggage restrictions due to come into force next Monday.

The measures were announced earlier this year in response to the foiling of an alleged plot to bomb transatlantic airlines en route from Britain to the United States.
