Three German soldiers admit involvement in skull photos

Three German soldiers have admitted responsibility for photos showing troops posing with human bones in Afghanistan, a senior military officer was quoted as saying today.

Several sets of pictures of soldiers with skulls and other bones have surfaced since last Wednesday, provoking widespread disgust and investigations by the military and prosecutors.
