Israel set to withdraw from Lebanon

The Israeli army is preparing to complete its withdrawal from Lebanon by tomorrow morning, defence officials say.

The pullout would meet a key condition of the August 14 UN-brokered ceasefire that ended more than a month of fighting between Israel and Hezbollah guerrillas.
