Judge declares another mistrial in Gotti case

For the third time in the past 12 months, a judge declared a mistrial today in the racketeering trial of former mob boss John A Junior Gotti.

The jury, which deliberated for seven days over two weeks, sent out a second note in as many days indicating it could not reach a unanimous verdict.
