Flood in Chinese coal mine kills 18

An underground flood in a coal mine in southern China has killed 18 miners, a government news agency reported today.

The mine in Guizhou province flooded on July 15 and the last bodies of missing miners were recovered early today, the Xinhua News Agency said, citing the local government.
