Militants killed as Israeli tanks return to Gaza

Israeli aircraft fired missiles at Palestinian militants today, killing nine people.

The dead included at least seven gunmen and a little girl. The attack came as Israel pressed ahead with its Gaza offensive alongside fighting in Lebanon.
