Flash floods kill at least 11 in Romania
Eleven people were killed and three are still missing in flash floods that hit northern and eastern Romania, submerging roads, farms and houses.
Nine of the deaths occurred in the northern county of Suceava where flash floods on Saturday swept away people in the village of Arbore. Among the drowned were an 18-month-old baby and a 79-year-old man. Three people are still missing there, the interior ministry said.
