Tehran ready for international talks

Iran’s foreign minister said today that Tehran was ready to enter international talks over with package of incentives aimed at resolving the stand-off over its nuclear programme, but without any pre-conditions.

Manouchehr Mottaki told journalists in the Azerbaijani capital Baku that Iran wanted to obtain clarifications on the proposals made by six UN powers.
