Protégé tells sniper: You made me a monster

John Allen Muhammad aggressively questioned his former sniper protégé Lee Boyd Malvo today and kept referring to the young man testifying against him as “son”.

“I’m not doing it intentionally,” Muhammad said after being admonished by Malvo, the judge and prosecutors at the court in Rockville, Maryland. “I apologise, Mr Malvo.”
