Israeli sites report blast near Tel Aviv

Israeli media websites today reported a loud explosion had been heard near Tel Aviv.

It was not immediately clear what had caused the explosion or whether there were any casualties, the Ynet website, affiliated with the Israeli daily Yediot Ahronot, reported.
