Eighteen dead, 37 injured in Baghdad raid

Gunmen raided a parking garage in north-east Baghdad today, killing 18 people and injuring at least 37, police said.

Police Cap. Ali al-Obeidi said the gunmen shot five guards who were looking after the garage in the Shaab neighbourhood and then detonated a bomb planted on a parked oil tanker, killing another four people
