Six small bombs went off around Corsica in an apparently co-ordinated effort on the French Mediterranean island where separatists have for decades used bombings to make their voices heard. No injuries were reported.

Six small bombs went off around Corsica in an apparently co-ordinated effort on the French Mediterranean island where separatists have for decades used bombings to make their voices heard. No injuries were reported.

A small bomb that failed to explode was placed in front of a school administration building in the capital city of Ajaccio, in southern Corsica.
