Former Iranian President Hashemi Rafsanjani said today that Iran has enriched uranium using 164 centrifuges, a major development in nuclear fuel cycle technology, news agencies reported.

Rafsanjani made the comment to the Kuwait News Agency during an interview in Tehran.
