Workers feared trapped after building-site collapse

A “number of people” were feared trapped today after a building-site collapse, British police said.

Several workers were feared trapped today after 15 floors of scaffolding collapsed “like a pack of cards” at a British hotel building site.

Emergency services rushed to the site of the half-constructed Jurys Inn Hotel in Milton Keynes after the incident at around 12.30pm.
