EU-Iran talks end without result

Talks in Vienna between European Union negotiators and Iran over its nuclear ambitions broke up today without any agreement, ministers said.

“Unfortunately we were not able to reach an agreement,” said French Foreign Minister Philippe Douste-Blazy.
