Poland: Bus crash toll rises to 13

Officials have increased the death toll in today's bus crash in eastern Poland to 13, most of them students aged 18-19.

Bialystok Mayor Ryszard Tur announced a three-day mourning period and called on the city’s residents to donate blood for the injured.
