A US lawyer has tried to shed light on the thinking of Osama bin Laden by translating 20 of his statements and letters dating from 1994 to 2004.

Osama Bin Laden: America’s Enemy In His Own Words, by San Diego civil rights lawyer Randy Hamud, is the first comprehensive compilation of statements that are rarely presented in full by the English-language media.
