Police surround G8 protest eco-camp

Police said today that a security cordon has been enforced around an eco-camp housing thousands of G8 protesters near Stirling in Scotland.

Witnesses said police in full body armour and carrying shields had blocked the main entrance to the camp and closed roads in the town.
