Fate of TV reality series in balance after teen's death

The producers of a new reality TV series will decide next week whether to pull the show after a teenage participant was found dead just a fortnight before it was due to be screened, it was revealed today.

Carina Stephenson, 17, from Yorkshire in England, had spent four months last year, filming The Colony in Australia for The History Channel.
