RTÉ bosses have expressed their sorrow following the apparent suicide of one of the participants in a reality tv show co-produced by the broadcaster.

The producers of a new reality TV series will decide next week whether to pull the show after a teenage participant was found dead just a fortnight before it was due to be screened, it was revealed today.
