Dr Crippen prescription goes up for auction

A prescription signed by notorious murderer Dr Crippen is to go under the hammer, it was revealed today.

It was written in November 1904 and will be sold, together with a follow-up letter written by his typist and mistress Ethel Le Neve, by Bonhams Auctioneers in Bath later this month.
