Israeli Defence Minister Shaul Mofaz today froze plans to hand over security responsibilities in the West Bank to the Palestinians following a suicide bombing, Israel’s army radio reported.

Security officials froze the planned handover at an emergency meeting called in the wake of last night’s attack, which killed four Israelis outside a Tel Aviv nightclub.
