Vatican considers Sunday papal message

Vatican officials are meeting today to decide whether the Pope can make a gesture to demonstrate his recovery after his second hospitalisation for breathing problems.

Doctors are warning Pope John Paul the second to refrain from speaking for several days after a tube was inserted in his throat to help him breathe.
