Dutch to vote on EU constitution in June

The Netherlands will hold its referendum on the European Union constitution on June 1.

The constitution must be accepted by all 25 EU countries before it takes effect, and the Dutch government has said it will abide by the outcome of the non-binding referendum if the results are clear.
