West 'seeking to destabilise and weaken Russia'

Russia’s interior minister has said that international terrorists are seeking to destabilise and weaken Russia with the tacit backing of Western countries.

Speaking to a meeting of interior ministry and other law enforcement officials, Rashid Nurgaliyev said yesterday that international terror groups were seeking to break off regions from Russia.
