Swede, Briton executed, claims Iraqi website

An Islamic militant website claimed today a Briton and a Swede had been kidnapped in Iraq and killed. The claim could not be verified.

The written statement said the two were kidnapped in the northern town of Beiji. It claimed they were “two agents working for intelligence apparatus.” It did not say when they were kidnapped.
