Kuchma flies to Moscow for talks

Outgoing Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma flew to Moscow today for talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Kuchma and Putin planned to hold political consultations, said the Ukrainian leader’s press secretary.
