Fleas silence Cyprus state radio

An invasion of fleas has silenced the two radio channels of the state-run Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation.

A statement released today said regular programming would be discontinued for 24 hours to allow for fumigation of the station’s studios to get rid of a large number of fleas.
