Security has been increased outside the British embassy in the Jordanian capital Amman which has been warning of a ”high risk” of terrorist attacks against Britons throughout the Middle East.

A message updated on the embassy’s website on April 14, which remained active today, says there “is a high risk of terrorist attacks affecting British individuals and organisations throughout the Middle East, including in Jordan.”
