A British man was arrested today following a request from the United States for his extradition to face terrorism charges, Scotland Yard said.

A British man was arrested today following a request from the United States for his extradition to face terrorism charges, Scotland Yard said.

Babar Ahmad, 30, was arrested by officers from the Metropolitan Police’s Extradition and International Assistance Unit in south west London at about 4pm.
