Monsoon floods devastate South Asia

Monsoon floods continued to wreak havoc across India, Bangladesh and Nepal today, submerging more villages while pushing the death toll higher with as much as three more months of annual rains to go, officials said.

About 400 people in South Asia have died since the monsoon started in June, with new deaths reported in Bangladesh and Nepal today, according to official tallies.
