A workplace smoking ban almost identical to the one introduced in Ireland earlier this year was due to come into effect in Norway today.

A workplace smoking ban almost identical to the one introduced in Ireland earlier this year was due to come into effect in Norway today.

The Norwegian government introduced the ban in order to protect workers from the effects of second-hand smoke.
