40 reported dead in rocket attack on mosque

Witnesses claim more than 40 people were killed in the besieged Sunni Triangle city of Fallujah today when a mosque was hit by rocket fire from a US helicopter.

Cars were ferrying bodies of the dead from the scene.

There was no immediate confirmation of the death toll.
