Police probe nightclub shooting

British police are investigating the death of a man who died after being shot at a nightclub today.

West Midlands Police said paramedics were called to the Plaza Café in Birmingham after reports of a shooting shortly before 5.45am.

A man, thought to be in his 30s, was taken to hospital, but was pronounced dead about an hour later.
