'Beginning of the end' for Iraqi resistance

Saddam Hussein’s capture marks the “beginning of the end” for resistance against US forces in Iraq, security experts predicted today.

But attacks by terror groups not linked to the toppled dictator are expected to continue for at least six months as the last remnants of the insurgency is slowly defeated.
