Girl hands out drugs as 'candy' in school

A five-year-old Dutch girl handed out Ecstasy pills, cocaine and heroin to classmates at school, leading to the arrest of her three older brothers, Amsterdam police said.

The girl passed around “her brother’s candy” in the town of Hilversum, but a suspicious teacher confiscated the drugs and called the police. None of the drugs were consumed.

The brothers, aged 21, 19, and 16, will be charged with transporting and possessing drugs, said a spokesman for the Amsterdam public prosecutor.

The mother, 43, was briefly detained.

Additional drugs were found in the 21-year-old’s car, police said.
