Kelly widow to break her silence

The widow of British weapons expert David Kelly was set to break her public silence today over the death of her husband when she was due to give evidence to the Hutton Inquiry.

The appearance of Janice Kelly, 58, at the start of the fourth week of the inquiry may have a crucial bearing on the outcome of the investigation into her husband’s apparent suicide.
