Dozens missing after Chinese ferry sinks

Dozens of people are missing after the sinking of a Chinese ferry and rescuers are losing hope of finding more survivors, officials said today.

Just 12 people were rescued following the accident on Thursday, in which a barge rammed into the ferry amid thick fog on the Yangtze river, about 900 miles south-west of Beijing.
