Blair praise as Poland joins EU

Britain's Prime Minister Tony Blair today congratulated Polish premier Leszek Miller on his country’s vote to join the EU.

Latest returns showed a 77% “yes” vote in the referendum on joining the next wave of accession countries to the European Union.
