Man walked down street with severed head

A 24-year-old man who was arrested as he walked down a German village’s main street with his sister-in-law’s severed head in one hand and a knife in the other was being questioned by prosecutors today.

Police found the 25-year-old woman’s bloody torso yesterday in her apartment in the village of Uebach-Palenberg near the Belgian-Dutch border.
