Winnie Mandela fraud invloved €108,000

Winnie Madikizela-Mandela, the ex-wife of former South African President Nelson Mandela, was today convicted of theft and fraud involving about €108,000.

The controversial figure once dubbed “The Mother of the Nation” now faces up to 15 years in jail when she is sentenced tomorrow.
