Channel Tunnel link on verge of collapse

An entire row of houses above the site of the Channel Tunnel rail link is in danger of collapse.

A 70-metre-long hole opened up in the ground behind them in Stratford in east London.

An investigation's underway, looking at whether the digging for the tunnel could be to blame.

Around fifty people have been forced to spend the night elsewhere.
