A 31-year-old man has been charged with conspiring to develop or produce a chemical weapon, Scotland Yard said tonight.

A 31-year-old man has been charged with conspiring to develop or produce a chemical weapon, Scotland Yard said tonight.

Mouloud Bouhrama, unemployed, of Scotland Green Road, Ponders End, Enfield, is charged with conspiring with a 17-year-old youth, Samir Feddag, Mouloud Feddag, Mustapha Taleb, Nasreddine, Fekhadji and others between January 1, 2002 and January 22, 2003 to develop or produce a chemical weapon contrary to section one of the Criminal Law act 1977.

Bouhrama was arrested on January 22 under the Terrorism Act 2000 in north-east London and is due to appear in custody at Bow Street Magistrates Court tomorrow morning.

The others named in the charge have already appeared in court.
