500 neglected dogs found in US home

More than 500 dogs have been found in “deplorable” conditions in an Oregon home. Many were suffering from disease, malnutrition and severe neglect.

Barbara Erickson, 76, was jailed on charges of animal neglect, police said. She had also been charged in 1996 for hoarding dogs.
