FBI holds six on al-Qaida terror charges

The FBI arrested six men today on charges they conspired to wage war on the United States and provide support to Osama bin Laden’s al-Qaida terror network.

Attorney General John Ashcroft called it a “defining day” in the fight against terrorism.
