British Labour MPs in Iraq war revolt vote

More than 50 British Labour MPs tonight staged a Commons revolt against Tony Blair’s attempts to rally support for possible military action against Iraq.

The scale of the rebellion at the end of a day-long emergency debate on the Iraqi crisis is likely to concern Government business managers.
