Fifteen killed in minibus blast

An explosion in a minibus killed 15 people in India’s northern Uttar Pradesh state today, police said.

At least one person was wounded in the blast near Rasoolpur, a village 50 miles northwest of the state capital, Lucknow, said S.S.P. Tripathi, a police spokesman.
